    Description

    This is for a Rare Bulging "0" Error 1900 O New Orleans Silver Morgan Dollar. Please see the scans for details and condition.  This Error is the second "0" in the date where the Mint die had a clear bulge at the top of that number. The top is part of the coin itself.  The Mint almost always catches these flagrant errors but not this one coin.  The coin in the scans is the actual coin you will receive.
