2. Height: Stand against a wall (shoeless). Place a flat ruler across top of head to wall. Measure from that point down to the floor.
The following guide will show you the appropriate length for your jacket.
5’4” to 5’8” = Short
5’8?” to 5’11” = Regular
5’11?” to 6’3"= Long
6’3?” + Up = Extra Long
3. Chest: Bring tape measure around the widest part of your chest, under your arms, completely around your torso, with arms at your side note measurement. The average man will have a 6 inch difference between chest size and waist size (i.e. 44 chest will have 38 waist).
4. Over Arm: Bring tape over the top of bicep, back and chest, not tight, note measurement.
5. Waist: Waist measurement should be taken where you wear your pants, or at the hip bone (top). Pull tape snug. This will be different than your normal jeans. Tuxedo pants have a 3" adjustment on each side.
6. Seat or Hips (Optional): For Men, measure around the fullest part of his seat. For Women, measure around the fullest part of her hips.
7. Outseam (NOT INSEAM): This is different than your usual measurement. Find hip bone or waist area and have a person stand straight looking forward. Take the tape to the floor and minus 1" for dress shoes.
8. Sleeve: Start measurement in the middle of your back (on spine), just at the center of the neck, over the top of your shoulder, with arm down at your side, down to the wrist bone plus ?".
9. Neck: Place tape measure around neck. Place two fingers side by side and measure over the top fingers. This should not be a tight measurement - just comfortable.

All returns with out RA number will not be processed and shipped back to customer on customer’s expense. All shirts will be shipped back on customer’s expense, if they have been removed from original packaging. Exceptions: being defective items or a shipping error on our part. All items with any sign of being worn, will be shipped back on customers expense.

No returns or exchanges after 30 days from invoice date. No exceptions. Custom items cannot be canceled or returned. Sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges are extra. Shipping charges are subject to change. All orders are shipped UPS, Fed Ex or USPS Ground unless AIR is requested. Carrier will not leave packages without requiring a signature- the carrier\'s liability ends when a package is delivered.
All air shipments require a responsible person’s signature and will not be left if no signer is available. Inspect all packages before signing. If a package is damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to have carrier note such damage before signing, making carrier responsible. Save all cartons and shipping documents and notify All About Uniforms immediately for instructions.
Any item being exchanged, we will immediately send you an exchanged item after we receive the first item back from you and we will charge your credit card for the freight cost, unless mistakenly we shipped you a wrong item, the refund will be 100% including shipping cost, and the exchange will be free of freight cost.

*All products must be returned in original packaging. All returned items must not be altered and must be unworn with all original tags attached to the items. Tuxedo Shirts are not returnable if they have been removed from original packaging. All short sleeve and sleeveless tuxedo shirts are made to order and can not be returned or exchanged. If ordered Tuxedo Package, all items in a Package have to be returned for refund.

All orders shipped within 24 business hours.
We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
All orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
Shipping day is not count. Saturday and Sunday are not count.
Standard Ground shipping takes 4 to 7 business days.
3 Day Select shipping will be delivered on Third Business Day. For example: if order shipped on Monday, delivery day is Thursday. If order shipped on Friday, delivery day is Wednesday.
