From my personal collection is a jewelry piece from Northern Arizona artist, Allison Schmidt of Marble Canyon Metal Works. I purchased a lot of fine jewelry from Allison in the late 1990s and her work is exceptional; done in a Southwest style of unique materials. This piece, which closes with a post and clutch, could be used as a single earring, a tie tack, or a lapel pin. It is in sterling silver, brass and copper. Entirely and exquisitely hand made!
