VINTAGE RARE CA. EARLY 1960’S WESTERN AMERICAN HAND ENGRAVED SOLID STERLING SILVER BELT BUCKLE FEATURING A GENUINE 1884-0 MORGAN SILVER DOLLAR COIN— We cannot find any maker or material hallmarks on this early 1960’s sterling silver belt buckle, which is not uncommon for western buckles from that era. So, we tested the metal. It is .925 sterling silver, and we are selling it with that guarantee. We also wanted to offer the buckle in genuine as-worn condition (without any cleaning or polishing), as many collectors prefer these buckles in original condition. We are sure that it would clean & polish up to look like new again, but will let the new owner make that decision. Measures 3 1/4” x 2 1/2”, fits belts up to 1 1/2” wide, and weighs 45 grams.
