VINTAGE OLD WESTERN NATURALLY AGED STERLING SILVER, 10 KARAT GOLD & RUBY RED GEMSTONES RANGER STYLE BELT BUCKLE—
We have not cleaned or polished this old west ranger buckle, as you can tell from our photos. Doing so would make it sparkle like new, but we wanted the new owner to make that decision. It still functions perfectly and also features 2 Ruby red gemstones. We are not jewelers, but are fairly certain that the gems are either actual rubies or deep red garnet stones. We would also estimate that the buckle is from the 1940’s to 1950’s era. It is hallmark stamped on the back “Sterling, 10k, and 201”. The diamond shaped monogram plate is blank, so it can be engraved with initials or a name. Measures 1 3/4” x 1 5/8”, has an opening to take belts up to 3/4” wide, and weighs about 25 grams or just under one ounce.
