COOL LOOKING OLD WESTERN VINTAGE PLATA DE JALISCO BRAND, MEXICO, RUBY RED EYED LONGHORN STEER SOLID .925 STERLING SILVER COWBOY STYLE BELT BUCKLE—
This many decades old sterling buckle has a real nice looking naturally aged finish that has developed over the many years since it was made. Shows moderate signs of light tarnish and use, as would be expected on a sterling silver buckle from the 1960’s era. Ready for many more years of use....and both of the original ruby red eyes are still intact...not sure if they are real rubies, but they look like it!! Also, we are not sure but the gold toned leaf & vine accents on the front might be actual gold bonded or filled. Could be bronze but they give the appearance of gold. We have not tested their metal content.
Measures 3 3/8” x 2 1/4”, fits belts up to 1 1/2” wide and weighs about 1 1/2 ounces.
