VINTAGE MEXICO ALPACA 'NICKEL' SILVER TURQUOISE BELT BUCKLE

One owner item that was well loved and worn often though no paperwork of purchase history.  Alpaca Mexican silver with bezel set turquoise stone.  Marked on the back Alpaca Mexico.  Body of the buckle measures 2 3/4" by 3 5/8" and the stone measures 7/8" by 1 3/8" and does have a crack across.  This came off of a 1 1/2" wide leather belt.  I have done only a quick wipe down
and will leave detail cleaning to the buyer.  Please refer to pictures and ask any questions prior to bidding.
Alpaca is a term that is often stamped on Mexican pieces and sometimes it is called Alpaca Silver but it contains no silver at all.  Alpaca is usually composed of 65% copper, 18% nickel and 17% zinc. It is similar to German Silver and Nickel Silver.
This item will ship wrapped and boxed to protect it from the shipping gorillas across the country.
