I have recently returned to Ebay after two years abroad, and I am happy to once again offer some of the FINEST and RAREST of vintage collectible Western Trophy Buckles and Ranger Sets. Most ALL of my items are ORIGINAL, not modern reproductions of the originals. These are the REAL McCOYS!!!
Here is ONE OF THE RAREST OF THEM ALL.....a beautiful classic old H. S. MEANS Sterling & 10K trophy buckle featuring a STEER ROPER and HORSE HEADS IN GOLD in each corner, as well as a SPECTACULAR single point hand engraved scene COMPLETE WITH TREES, MOUNTAIN AND PRAIRIE, which is still very crisp and sharp. This buckle, probably made in the 1940s, has never been worn, and in fact, still has the original old price tag of on it. I am also including photos from the original H. S. MEANS CATALOG (not included as part of this sale) showing this buckle as part of their offerings....WHAT A FIND!!!!! The renowned H. S. MEANS Company became part of SUNSET TRAILS in 1951.
The buckle is signed "STERLING 10K," as shown.
The dimensions of this buckle are approximately 3 1/8 inches by 2 inches and
