Vintage Glass Bottle With Screw Pewter Top

This bottle is 6 3/4 inches tall and has no chips or cracks.  The cap screws on fine (could use a drop of oil but not being a collector left it alone). Again, not being a collector the bottom is a mystery to me.  It does have letters but looks like something happened before the glass hardened so the letters are screwed up and not in a straight line or very legible.  If you look at the bottom from the side it looks like it has a bottom higher than the base.  I don't know how else to explain it.  As best as I can make out the top row of letters are "OLERY &"  The bottom "PHHILA".  I could be wrong but that is the best I can do.  Please check out the pictures and ask any questions before purchasing.  Thank you!
