I have recently returned to Ebay after two years abroad, and I am happy to once again offer some of the FINEST and RAREST of vintage collectible Western Trophy Buckles and Ranger Sets. Most ALL of my items are ORIGINAL, not modern reproductions of the originals. These are the REAL McCOYS!!!
Here is a beautiful classic old BOHLIN Sterling & 10K trophy buckle known as THE ARIZONA, shown in the old 1941 catalog on page 239, and it comes on the ORIGINAL ARIZONA BELT, shown in the 1941 catalog on page 193. (photos attached)
From the 1941 Bohlin, Hollywood catalog: “The Arizona Buckle - This original buckle set illustrates the desert scenery of the southwest. As shown, is made with gold rope, cactus of green gold, hills of yellow gold, and with the shield for monogram in red gold. It is indeed a beautiful piece, and its unusual design makes it more outstanding for its originality."
The buckle and belt are signed with the familiar and highly desirable "football" mark, which says "BOHLINMADE  HOLLYWOOD CALIF. STERLING 10-K."
featuring saguaro cactus and desert mountains. 1" buckle, measuring 2 5/8" x 3" with keeper and tip. Marked Bohlinmade / Sterling / 10K. Rope edge, oval plate with worn initials “JBW". Set on an Arizona "Cactus" tooled belt that is 42" long total and appears to fit a 34" waist (included).
