Wow! You don't find these every day. These Bugle Boy high-waist Mom jeans are a must have for any vintage Mom jean collector from the 80s or early 90s.  Some might say these were from the 90's, but I am leaning towards the 80's.
We wore high-waist jeans with the double belt loops and belts back then.These jeans are an acid wash, super high-waist with pleats on top with extra belt loops... just in case you want to wear extra belts like we did in the 80s. There is an additional flap belt that buckles on top. These jeans are an excellent vintage condition. I see no holes, stains, snags, or serious signs of wear.  They have been recently washed in Tide for you and are ready to go.
