    Description

    An excellent tournament chess set that includes DGT tan and black chess pieces (non electronic and not recognized by electronic boards) boasting a 3.75 inch king. Pieces have wide heavy base, display exquisite workmanship, have felted bottoms and are made in China. There is 32 chessmen (no extra queens but 2 additional queens can be added for a small fee) and the set weigh 28 ounces. The vinyl roll-up board is black and green, is 20 X 20 inches and has algebraic notations. The set comes with a matching white chess clock with a big easy to read display. The clock is simple to set including adding delay or bonus times. The vinyl board ships folded in the box which might cause minor creasing that improves with use. The pieces especially black pieces might show minor scuffs from rubbing against each other during shipping.
