Sterling On Nickel Westen Initial F Belt Buckle with Small Ruby SSS

So this belt buckle is marked "Sterling on Nickel" on the back and it is stamped SSS.  It is silver but the rope around the edge, the F and the flower are gold tone.  In the center of the flower there is a red ruby (I have no idea if it is real or not).  It could use a bit of polishing.  It measures 3 1/2" x 2 3/4".
The shipping price is a flat rate.  I mostly ship USPS but on heavier, larger items I may use fed ex smart post.
*I pack items very well and everything has a tracking number.  Once I mail an item I can't be held responsible for what happens to the package. If it gets lost, damaged or stolen then I will do all I can to get the claim filed, etc....however I can't control what happens after I mail it.  With this said I will work with the buyer to help in any way I can.
*I will only ship to the address you have on file with eBay so it's up to you to make sure the address is current and correct.
*Buyer to pay for return shipping if an item is returned.
*Starting January first eBay is required to collect sales tax from certain states that recently passed new laws.  I have nothing to do with that....it is all through eBay.
