    Description

    A beauty. King measures 2 7/8" high. Solid heavy wood with felt bottoms. Check out the metal inlays on the King, Queen and bishops. Found this at auction so I do not know what type of wood was used. Not pine. King weighs 2 1/8 ounces. Raised board on four peg legs features 2" squares and measure 18.5 x 18.5 inches. Pieces are in near mint condition. Board very nice but has some odd spotting in a section that you can see when looking closely. Don't know if you can polish them out.   Every pieces comes with it's own storage bag and there is a larger bag for the checkers. The wood checkers are 1.5" across. If unique is what you seek this if for you.
