Old Glass Ammonia Bottle + Cork Top + Painted - Antique? Medical Cleaning Oddity

Old glass ammonia bottle that is definitely vintage and likely may be antique.
"Ammonia" is painted on the bottle, as are the reddish & gold borders. Paint has some wear due to age and use.
No chips or cracks. Measures approximately 2.25" x 2.75" x 4.75".
I have NOT cleaned the interior; the dried ammonia residue remains inside. The cork pops out easily.
