    OLD WESTERN AMERICAN ANTIQUE VINTAGE COWBOY RODEO STYLE UNBRANDED **1952 1953 CITY CHAMPS** TROPHY BELT BUCKLE—
    This very old trophy buckle features a great design with a lucky horseshoe that contains a horse head in each of the 4 corners and a large saddle at the center that contains 2 Ruby red gem stones. The exact type of stones are not known to us and this buckle was not branded on the back, so we are also unsure of the maker. It is an excellent example of the style and type of buckle that was awarded mid century to contestants and champions of regional rodeo events throughout America during those times. It shows tarnish and signs of use from being worn, as would be expected on an almost 70 year old belt buckle. It is still fully functional. Measures 3 1/4” x 2”, fits belts up to 1 1/2” wide and weighs about 3 ounces. We estimate the metal to be nickel silver or similar.
