We offer a 30 day full refund policy if the item is returned in new unused condition and in the original unopen packaging.  Any item that is damaged on delivery or an incorrect item may be returned.  Please notify us via email as soon as the item is delivered along with a photo to explain the problem. We will be happy to correct the problem.  We cannot issue a refund for an item that is determined to have been damaged due to misuse.
