Large Maple Wood Chess Board & Staunton Chess Set

Description

A quality hand cut and fitted birds eye maple and figured cherry wood chess board. The board stamped on back by noted woodworker William Morrison.The solid wood construction features hand rubbed pure tung oil finish and antiqued milk paint green bottom with a modified ogee banding. The chessboard is new and in mint condition.
Measures 17x17 with two inch play squares.
Includes a vintage 1960's French Staunton black and natural weighted boxwood chess set with case.
