HAND MADE KYDEX SHEATH
Hand made by me to fit the Cold Steel CS13RTKJ1 "RECON TANTO"  that is 11 3/4" overall with a 7" blade that is 5mm thick. (My knife that I used for molding is this specific Japanese made version I don't have any of the other versions to try for fit)
.080 Gray Boltaron (kydex)
Includes Terzuola design T-CLIP for vertical carry on up to 1 3/4" belt.  Note that the clip will attach horizontally but the knife may not balance well that way.
Grippy Rubber Handle makes this knife a bit harder to draw than some knives. Cold Steel's handle material is VERY soft and will wear from friction.
Includes a paracord lanyard with a skull bead
For replacement of the sheath that comes with the knife.  You may want to use this sheath in the outdoors and keep the original sheath pristine.  Or maybe the dog ate your original sheath....
Pictures are of the sheath you will receive so look carefully.  The sheath only fits this particular model.  As is normal with Kydex, you may need to gently heat the throat and adjust the fit of the handle as your knife may be more or less worn than the one that I used for a form.
NOTE: you are buying one sheath.  Knife is NOT included.
NOTE:  Kydex is a hard material and is most commonly used for outdoor use.  It is very likely to leave marks on the blade or handle of the knife so don't use it on a new knife that you are trying to keep pristine.
