HAND MADE KYDEX SHEATH
Handmade to fit the Knives of Alaska Trekker Series Elk Hunter that is 8.5" overall with 4.375" D2 blade that is 0.10" thick.
NOTE: Knife is NOT included
Includes Terzuola design T-CLIP for left hand or right hand carry on up to 1 3/4" belt.  The clip will mount horizontally but the knife may not balance well that way. Adjusting the spacer bar in the clip to fit the belt tightly may possibly help with horizontal carry but it depends a lot on the balance point of the knife itself. 3/4" eyelet spacing.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
This knife has two points on the blade that serve to lock it into the sheath.  One or both of these areas of your blade may have square shoulders with sharp edges that dig into the sheath.  You may be able to work this out by inserting and drawing the blade until it smooths out.  You may possibly have to smooth the edge of these areas to keep them from locking the blade into the sheath.  Additionally, the soft rubber handle creates friction with the sheath and will very likely show signs of wear.  See the last picture to note the areas that I'm describing.  This knife does not draw as smoothly as a lot of other designs...
For replacement of the sheath that comes with the knife.  You may want to use this sheath in the outdoors and keep the original sheath pristine.  Or maybe the dog ate your original sheath....
Pictures are of the sheath you will receive so look carefully.  The sheath only fits this particular model.  As is normal with Kydex, you may need to gently heat the throat and adjust the fit of the handle as your knife may be more or less worn than the one that I used for a form.
NOTE: you are buying one sheath.  Knife is NOT included.
NOTE:  Kydex is a hard material and is most commonly used for outdoor use.  It is very likely to leave marks on the blade or handle of the knife so don't use it on a new knife that you are trying to keep pristine.
Please note that belt clips including Tek-Lok, Dots-Lok and G-Clip are all mounted behind the blade and will cause the sheath to ride high. Be sure and take a look at the back of the sheath in the pictures....
