This auction is for a used but very good condition vintage handle for a bottle or jug that is labeled JOHN W. THOMAS CO. NICOLLET AT EIGHTH MINNEAPOLIS 2, MINN.  ( Minnesota ).  The bottle carrier has a wood handle with a metal bail.  In the olden days a person would buy an item. The seller would put it in a box and tie it with string. This handle you would hold the string with the curved metal ends, therefore making it easier to carry home.  The wood handle measures about 3 9/16" long x 9/16" diameter, and overall length with the bail is about 4 7/8" long. THE INK ON THE HANDLE IS SOMEWHAT FADED AND THE BAIL HAS SOME RUST!  This handle would make a nice replacement for a glass milk water bottle jug mason jar or addition for a bottle beer ale whisky drinker white lightning distillery brewery handy tool shop man handyman supplies carpenter plumber duck unlimited duck geese decoy call stamp hunting, fishing, license, trolling lure rod reel fish bass patch hobby collector, or gift.  Please view my other auctions and ebay store for other sporting goods patches pins cleats duck plaque Tweety pins, hollywood planet pin and other collectibles.
