Offered here is ANOTHER VERY RARE and HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE Sterling and 14K MODEL 1005 RANGER BUCKLE made by HOLLAND JEWELERS in SAN ANGELO, TEXAS. This buckle set features the RARE BACK-TWIST BOX-ROPE TRIM with RUBY-STUDDED FLOWERS, SCROLLS, and the BOLD INITIALS "WB" for the HALL OF FAME WINNER WAG BLESSING, for whom this set was CUSTOM-MADE and WORN in  the 1940s. The back of the buckle is marked, "HOLLANDS SAN ANGELO 1005 STERLING 14K." This is a BEAUTIFUL and RARE EXAMPLE of the FINEST WORKMANSHIP that HOLLANDS created in those early years, with a WONDERFUL PROVENANCE.....just LOOK at the ENGRAVING CLOSE-UP!!!
