Cosmetic Condition
The warmer is in fair cosmetic condition.
- It has scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use.

The drum thermometer (part# 02.16.050.00) in the bottom drawer has no structure to mount the probe to, leaving it loose inside of the drawer.

Testing
We tested the warmer by plugging it in to a 120V power source and powering it on:
We set the temperature dial on both drawers to maximum and waited for both to heat.
Both drawers had no issues reaching high temperatures, but the bottom drawer reached temperatures higher than the top.
The top drawer stabilized at approximately 184-185°F and the lower at 210°F or so.
The drum thermometer (part# 02.16.050.00) in the bottom drawer has no structure to mount the probe to, leaving it loose. This probably explains the temperature differences between the drawers. We pushed the probe back into the hole.
Other than the temperature differences, the warmer overall is functional and has no issues reaching temperatures necessary for food safety.
The temperature controls for each drawer are functional. As the temperatures climbed during testing, we swept the knob to lower settings to test for cut-off. It appeared to behave as expected.
This is the full extent of the testing performed. The warmer is in working condition, but has a couple minor issues. We are selling the unit as-is, and can only guarantee that the condition is exactly as described.

This fee includes strapping the item to a skid, wrapping with stretch wrap, cardboard, and bubble wrap when needed.
