Listed here is a Hatco GRSS-3618 Glo-Ray 36 by 18  Heated Stone Shelf Food Warmer.  This unit is 36 inches long and 18 inches wide.  This unit came from a university kitchen, one that is notorious for not cleaning their kitchen equipment often.  It's not nearly as dirty as when I got it, but I don't know which chemicals are best for cleaning the remaining grease and stuff.  I tested the unit for warming  up to 100 degrees then shut it off.  I'm not sure how much hotter it is supposed to get but I did not test for peak temperature.  You get the exact unit(s) seen in the pictures.
