HANDMADE KYDEX SHEATH
Handmade to fit the Schrade SCHF3N knife that is 11 7/8" overall with 6 3/8" blade and Micarta Handles
.080 OD Boltaron (kydex).
Includes Combat Clip for horizontal or vertical carry on up to 1 3/4" belt.  Push button to open, slide button to lock / unlock.  Note: While the Clip will mount horizontally, this big heavy knife may not balance well that way.
NOTE:   The handle / guard  makes this knife harder to draw from a molded sheath than you may be used to with other designs.  My knife has square shoulders at the choil area of the blade that dig into the sheath and tend to lock it in.  You may want to round off the sharp corners to make the knife easier to draw.  See the detail picture of the blade....
For replacement of the sheath that comes with the knife.  You may want to use this sheath in the outdoors and keep the original sheath pristine.  Or maybe the dog ate your original sheath....
Pictures are of the sheath you will receive so look carefully.  The sheath only fits the models noted.  As is normal with Kydex, you may need to gently heat the throat and adjust the fit of the handle as your knife may be more or less worn than the one that I used for a form.
NOTE: Kydex is a hard material and is most commonly used for outdoor use.  It is very likely to leave marks on the blade or handle of the knife so don't use it on a new knife that you are trying to keep pristine.
Please note that belt clips including Tek-Lok, Dots-Lok and G-Clip are all mounted behind the blade and will cause the sheath to ride high. Be sure and take a look at the back of the sheath in the pictures....
