She is wearing a red dress with white polka dots, wearing a white and red striped birthday hat, holding a megaphone, and sitting on a present. You can prompt her by squeezing her left shoe.
She measures approximately 11.5" tall and 7" wide and was made in China with polyester fibers and polyurethane foam.
This Minnie Mouse figurine comes in good cosmetic pre-owned condition with some signs of wear. It has been tested with 3 AA batteries (not included) and doesn't seem to work however battery compartment is clean.
