New old stock. Hand made and hand engraved by Clint Orms Silversmiths in Texas. Area in the center to engrave name or initials. Comes with 5 rubber bands as issued by the company. If you break or wear out a rubber band you can remove it and put a new, different color on it. Original Clint Orms bag with it. Never used.
