Bear-Step Sterling Silver Appaloosa Horse Belt Buckle
You are looking at a sterling silver belt buckle made by my grandfather.
The back is marked with his Bear Step logo and 57.
Buckle shows a leaping Indian Horse with feathers in his mane & tail.
Bear-Step sold his jewelry at many Appaloosa Horse Club shows and functions in the 1970s.
He died in 1980.
Being his oldest granddaughter, I inherited several  of his pieces.
Buckle measures 3-1/4" long by not quite 1-7/8" tall.
Fits belts up to 1-3/8" wide.
