Everything appears working.
Locked from previous use with unknown password.
Would be usuable if you are able to do a factory  reset.
Will ship as pictured.
Touch screen is working fine with no issues.
There are some light scratches on the screen but  they do not affect functionality.

Shipping Details:
Items purchased will be shipped UPS, depending on size. Item sold over 0 will include insurance and signature confirmation. If less than 0 that is available at buyers request. If quicker shipping is needed please contact me and we can get the bill for that! Items will typically leave the warehouse in 24 hours. Some cases it may take up to 48  hours.
