9/16" x 1 Threading Die N.O.S. Butterfield 2-1/2" Diameter Split Adjustable

Description

This is an unused, new old stock threading die from an old mill supply company that has been packed with Cosmoline for years. Probably from the 1960s.  It is a top line Butterfield HSS die.  It is 9/16" X 12 TPI (UNC) and is in a standard 2-1/2" body .  It is also a split, adjustable die.  Too bad they don't make quality dies like this in the US anymore!
