IMPORTANT NOTE:
This coin is an
authentic piece of American history, 140 years old from the Philadelphia mint.
The coin shows some scuffs or bag marks, but has excellent eye appeal and virtually no sign of wear.. Most of the original luster is still on the coin. Obverse has a nice clear LIBERTY and no apparent wear on the bust shoulder, hairline over the ear, hair curls or forehead.. The reverse also has excellent detail no apparent wear on the eagle wing tips and chest
. The true beauty of this
coin is the great eye appeal and almost all of the original luster.
Coin grading is very subjective, and I am considered by most as a conservative grader. I am grading this coin UNC and the amount of original luster and great eye appeal could increase the grade. This coin is not certified. I will leave the actual coin grading up to you based on your judgement using the high resolution scan since this is the actual coin you will receive.
